A man from West Bay is in critical condition following a gang-related shooting that took place early Sunday morning. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, is believed to have been targeted by rival gang members outside a residence on Gorse Lane in Birch Tree Hill at around 1am. The shooting is part of a series of gun-related violence incidents over the weekend. Police officers who responded to the incident administered first aid before the victim was transported to the hospital. He is currently in a serious but stable condition.
