🚨 Urgent search for missing 11-year-old girl and teenager

Authorities are urgently seeking public assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old girl, Kiara Watson, who appears to have disappeared in the company of 16-year-old Jahsmine Ebanks. The pair were last seen on Seafarers Way, George Town, around 7:15pm on the evening of October 31. Jahsmine, a known repeat runaway, is described as having a dark complexion, standing around 5’1″ and of medium build. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie over a tiger-print blouse, blue jeans and black slippers. Kiara is also of dark complexion and medium build, standing around 5’3″. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie over a red spaghetti-strap blouse and grey shorts. 🚔

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) has warned that anyone found harbouring or concealing a young person is committing an offence, punishable by a fine of $2,000 and imprisonment for three months. The police are urging Jahsmine and Kiara to return to their West Bay home or to report to the nearest police station immediately. The public is encouraged to contact the West Bay Police Station at 949-3999 or the MASH Unit at 649-6000 with any information about their whereabouts.
