Authorities are urgently seeking public assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old girl, Kiara Watson, who appears to have disappeared in the company of 16-year-old Jahsmine Ebanks. The pair were last seen on Seafarers Way, George Town, around 7:15pm on the evening of October 31. Jahsmine, a known repeat runaway, is described as having a dark complexion, standing around 5ā€™1ā€³ and of medium build. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie over a tiger-print blouse, blue jeans and black slippers. Kiara is also of dark complexion and medium build, standing around 5ā€™3ā€³. The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) has warned that anyone found harbouring or concealing a young person is committing an offence, punishable by a fine of $2,000 and imprisonment for three months. The police are urging Jahsmine and Kiara to return to their West Bay home or to report to the nearest police station immediately.
