The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) is urgently seeking the public's help in locating Cedric Everton Ellis, a 52-year-old George Town resident. Ellis is wanted in connection with serious sexual assault incidents. Described as having a dark brown complexion, around 5'9" tall and of a stocky build, Ellis is a heavy equipment driver by profession. He is believed to drive a black Honda Fit and is known to frequent the East End. 🚗

Police have cautioned the public not to approach Ellis if they see him, but to call 911 immediately. They are asked to provide as much detail as possible, such as the location where he was seen, the direction he was heading, and his mode of transportation.
