The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating two missing teenagers, Aaliyah Carter (16) and Naima Calita Tatum (14). Aaliyah was last seen on Friday, 28th September in West Bay, while Naima has been missing since Wednesday, 25th September.
