🚑 Pedestrian hospitalized after being hit by pickup truck

A pedestrian was hospitalized on Tuesday morning following a collision with a burgundy Honda Acty pickup truck. The incident occurred on North Church Street, south of Wahoo Close along the waterfront, at around 8:00am. The individual, whose identity has not been disclosed, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. 🏥

The driver of the Honda, who was not injured, was tested for alcohol consumption with a negative result. The Traffic and Roads Policing Unit is currently investigating the incident. The authorities have not yet revealed whether the injured pedestrian is a resident or a visitor. 🚨
