Noel Paul Manning (53), a man charged with the sexual abuse of a child, has evaded the police and is currently on the run. Manning, who failed to appear in court on Monday, has also breached his bail conditions and removed his electronic monitoring device. The accused, who has pleaded not guilty and was awaiting trial, is known by several aliases including "Indian", "Doc", and "Doctor". 🚔

Described as short, slim, with a brown complexion, low-cut hair, and white facial hair, Manning is known to have previously frequented the Bodden Town area. The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) has issued a reminder that aiding a wanted person in evading the authorities is a punishable offense, carrying a fine of up to $5,000 or imprisonment for two years upon conviction.
