🔫 Lower Valley resident awakens to gunshot in bedroom

A resident of Lower Valley in Bodden Town was startled awake in the early hours of Wednesday morning by a gunshot fired into his bedroom window. Around 1am, the man woke up to a noise that resembled a gunshot. Upon inspection, he discovered bullet holes in the wall and ceiling of his bedroom, according to a police press release. 🚔

No physical injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred approximately six hours after another shooting in Windsor Park, where a man was shot in the leg during a drive-by. The shooting is currently under investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident to contact 911 or Bodden Town CID at 947-2220.
