🚗 Four injured in Bodden Town car crash

Four individuals were injured in a single-car crash in Bodden Town, Cayman Islands, in the early hours of Saturday. The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) stated that officers on patrol discovered the accident on Shamrock Road, near the junction of Christian Berry Drive, around 1:45am. The occupants of the Honda Civic were treated at the scene by medics before being transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The car was reported to be severely damaged. 🚑

One of the victims has since been discharged, while the others are still receiving treatment in the hospital. The police have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the crash. This incident occurs as the RCIPS is launching a targeted road safety campaign to promote safe driving and decrease the high rate of road collisions in the Cayman Islands.
