👨‍⚕️ Doctor suspected of manslaughter arrested

A 61-year-old man, who is a visiting practitioner at the Health Services Authority (HSA), has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter due to gross negligence. The arrest is connected to an incident that took place on January 21 this year. The HSA has confirmed the arrest and stated that the doctor has been placed on leave until further notice. He has been released on bail while the investigation continues. The identity of the doctor, who resides in George Town, has not been revealed. 🕵️‍♂️

On the same day as the incident, Travis Alexander Ebanks was shot in the chest on King Road in West Bay and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
