🚨 Couple assaulted and robbed outside West Bay residence

A couple was attacked by two robbers outside a house on Andresen Road in West Bay around 11pm. The victims were given medical attention by patrolling officers before being taken to the hospital. The couple reported that two men dressed in black, one armed with a gun, attacked them as they were leaving the residence. A struggle ensued, resulting in both victims sustaining head injuries, possibly from being struck with the firearm and another object. 🚑

The assailants fled on foot, taking with them a quantity of cash and personal items from the victims. The police have not disclosed whether the couple were leaving their own home or another house, or whether they were carrying cash from a business and were targeted. No shots were fired during the incident and no arrests have been made so far. The couple has since been discharged from the hospital. 🏥
