🚨 Child abuse suspect on the run after breaching bail conditions

Noel Paul Manning, a 53-year-old man charged with child sexual abuse, has been on the run for over a month after removing his electronic tag. Manning, originally from Jamaica, failed to appear in court for his arraignment on December 4. Known by several nicknames including "Indian", "Doc", and "Doctor", Manning is described as short and slim, with a brown complexion, low-cut hair, and white facial hair. 🕵️‍♂️

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) has not disclosed whether they believe Manning is still in the Cayman Islands. The police force has reminded the public that obstructing or misleading law enforcement in the apprehension of a criminal is an offence, punishable by a fine of up to $5,000 or two years imprisonment.
